Terms & Conditions
Please read the terms & conditions provided herein carefully before ordering any products from Block-Bilt online store. You should understand that by ordering any Block-Bilt products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
By placing an order at Block-Bilt online store, you warrant that you accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Block-Bilt online store for the sale and supply of any products. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by us.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Block-Bilt online store only and will not be shared with other third parties.
Delivery Information
All items produced by Block-Bilt are hand made to order. We do not keep any items in stock. As such we cannot ship immediately after receiving your order. The time required to manufacture and ship out a product depends on various factors, most importantly the orders backlog at the time of placing of placing your order, and of course the timely procurement of materials. Please expect your order to be shipped in an estimated time of about 4-8 weeks from ordering. All estimates made without guarantee. In case there is a delay please contact us.
Force Majeure
Events outside our control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that we are released from obligations to fulfill contractual agreements within the stipulated time frame. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Payment
All products remain our property until shipped. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from us.
All transfers conducted through Block-Bilt online store are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Local Taxes
Block-Bilt online store will endeavor to ship the products in a customs friendly manner. However, please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Block-Bilt online store reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Block-Bilt online store has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid or offer an equivalent alternative choice to the customer, if available.
